🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Greenhill Home Decor LLC

At Greenhill Home Decor LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

🧾 Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).

  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us first at [email protected] before returning any item.

  2. We will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

  3. Do not ship items without prior authorization, as this may delay or void your refund.

  4. Once approved, returns must be shipped promptly and received within the return window.

💸 Refunds

Full refunds are issued under these conditions:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Items received damaged or defective

  • Shipping errors caused by Greenhill Home Decor LLC

📷 Important: Please submit photos of the damaged product and packaging to start the refund process.
Do not attempt to install or use the damaged item.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once the return is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom-made, personalized, or size-adjusted products

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Used, installed, or modified items

  • Color dissatisfaction caused by monitor differences

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer (e.g., wrong size)

Note: We offer upgrade options in such cases – additional charges may apply.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange the same item, contact us at [email protected].

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received a gift:

  • If marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly, you will receive store credit.

  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

You have 24 hours after placing your order to correct the shipping address.
If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery:

  • We can re-ship the item with an additional 70% reprocessing fee.

🚚 Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies for returns not related to our error or product quality.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider

📌 Important Notes

  • Slight color differences due to monitor settings are not valid grounds for return.

  • Product photos may include reflections to emphasize glass texture. Final product may differ slightly.
